Our modular home extension system

Outer Layer: Consists of three parts:
- A. Real Brick Slips: A 15mm layer of brick slips for aesthetic purposes.
- B. Plastic Moisture Barrier: This helps to protect the building from moisture.
- C. High-Density Insulation Board: 17mm Styrene Backing Panel provides insulation for the structure.
- D. Structural Hardwood Ply Backing Panel: Offers structural support to the outer layer.
Pre-Cut holes: Contains pre-cut holes for wiring and plumbing, allowing easy access for installation and maintenance.
G275 G2 Carcass: Made of galvanized steel, providing a sturdy and lightweight construction skeleton for the structure, filled with 2 sheets of 90mm Flexi-Slab Insulation.
Flooring: Comprises a 22mm moisture-resistant chipboard flooring system, ensuring durability and resistance to moisture damage.
Adjustable Legs: Equipped with a screw mechanism for maximum adjustability, facilitating installation on uneven surfaces.
Under Floor Insulation: Provides 100mm of insulation beneath the floor, enhancing thermal efficiency.
Base Frame: Constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame, offering stability and strength to the overall structure.
Base Skirt: Features a brick slip on cement particle board, likely for aesthetic continuity with the outer layer.
Hardwood Ply with Damp-Proof Course: This layer protects underneath the floor from damp and moisture. The 9mm hardwood ply sits on steel floor joists, and adds to the stability of the floor.
